Fitbit blaze (new device) charging Stopped half way through

Hi. I have just installed my new fitbit blaze and plugged in for charging. However its been more than 3 hours now and the battery Indicator is showing only half charging since last 1 hour. I tried changing ports as well but of no use. Pls suggest a solution.

Try a restart of the Blaze. Click to learn how

 

Do it a few times and then put it back on the charger.
