Fitbit blaze not holding charge now heart rate monitor not working

Hi,

 

My Fitbit recently has required charging constantly and sometimes won't even last 2 hours before going to low battery, I have reset it several times and now the heart rate monitor is not working I have tried cleaning it and resetting it with no luck.

 

Please help

I regret to hear that your Fitbit Blaze is not holding a charge and your heart rate is not getting recorded. Thank you for the troubleshooting steps you performed before contacting us.
