3rd blaze I have had ( 2 have been replacement) works for a few weeks then stops syncing with my phone ( Google pixel XL) I've tryed resetting the my phone and tracker and setting it up as a new and replament device. Anyone any suggestions as I'm getting berry anoying with it now and thinking of just throwing it in the bin. I didn't have this problem with my flex or charge thanks X

It's great to have you here @KimmieJane88! Thanks for the details that you've mentioned, as well for the troubleshooting that you've done. I would like you to try this syncing procedure.
Also, reply to the following questions:
- Do you have the latest app version which is 2.62.1?
- Have you noticed anything different that doesn't let your Blaze sync?
- How many times has it stopped syncing?

Same issue here, my blaze was replaced and was ok at 1st. Then it started to not sync when I was forcing rhe sync. Need to shutdown, restart and after 5 or 6 tries it goes syncing. Take about 1 min to finally sync.
Painfull process for what should an easy process.....
My phone is Samsung s8.

I also have a problem syncing my blaze, I have uninstalled/reinstalled the app, forced a blaze restart and restarted my phone (Samsung S6) but still no syncing! I have checked all settings on the app and in my phone and nothing has changed, the syncing issue has been getting progressively worse over the last few weeks to the point the only way i could get it to work was by changing the clock face but even that doesn't help now! 😡
