Fitbit blaze screen

2 nights ago my blaze froze and I performed a hard reset and it seemed fine. I checked it today and it didn't appear to be working. When I hit buttons I do get a response but nothing on the screen and the heart rate monitor works intermittently. It will sync to my phone but says the battery is dead which is impossible

If you do, I recommend fully charging your tracker and if the battery dies in a few days, feel free to get in touch with our support team.
