Fitbit blaze setup not working

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Hi,

I've just bought a new Fitbit Blaze, but I can't get it to connect to my app. It won't connect to the charger either and say it is charging.

I have tried the re-set but it just keeps coming up with fit.com/setup on the screen. I have turn bluetooth on and off several times, but it won't connect at all. It won't even go past the first set up screen.

Any advice or help?

Thanks

CD

Exactly the same here.

Bought it today and stuck at this fitbit.com/setup screen.

Once the app said te battery was too low to perform the firmware update. It's been on the charge dock for 2 hours now and doesn't even seem to charge.

Try a 2-button reset with no luck.

Not an especially good out-of-box experience...

Too many typos...Reposting. (Hey Fitbit, what about adding the possibility to edit posts)

Until the tracker is set up, the screen will only show "Fitbit.com/setup". No battery indicator.

Here is a link to the Blaze User Guide that will walk you through the set up and help you learn how to use it.

Hope that helps!

OK, finally found my way out of this.

First, ignore the fitbit.com/setup message and let the Blaze charge for about 1.5 hour. Even without any charge indicator, the Blaze is actually charging.

Once charged, go back to your phone/computer and delete the Blaze that you tried to pair without success.

Then, add a new Fitbit device (a Blaze obviously!) and follow the normal procedure.

My new Blaze was up-and-running in no time. Nice device.

Hope this helps. Happy Blazing.

Mine still won't connect for some reason - I think it is a bluetooth problem.

Whenever I try to pair with it, it says the Blaze won't pair. I've turned it on and off several times. The blaze seems to be re-starting when I so it which is good, but still can't get past this page.

Any further advice?
