Fitbit blaze update time

I'm updating my fitbit ATM, but it's been about 2 hours and it's not even half way done on the screen. Can't turn it off or cancel the update, phone is right next to it. 

 

Any ideas? Surely this can't be right.

Kill the app, not knowing what phone I can't help here. 

Restart the Phone. 

Restart the tracker by holding in both the left and lower right buttons. 

Try the update again. 

If on Android turn off WiFi and try cellular. 

To a different device, a pc, laptop, or a different phone. Just log into your Fitbit account.
