Fitbit blaze will not reset and screen is blinking

Hi! 

I just got my Fitbit and I’m very disappointed as I’m already having issues. The screen has been blinking (like a static tv screen) and I’ve read articles on how to restart it but I’ve tried the hold the left button and bottom right button at the same time and the screen is not restarting.
