Fitbit blaze won’t go on unless in charger

Blaze only works in charging port, when I take it out it’s blank, won’t let me restart with the left button and bottom right, nothing happens only turns on in the charging port, charge keeps flashing 1 bar red has been charging for 6 hours but says on app that battery is full

Mine is the same. Worked initially for a day but now it’s just blank. Doesn’t need charging. Have pressed all the buttons. Nothing happens.

Call customer service and ask them to help reset your Blaze. They helped me with a similar problem.
