When you say that you get an error to get it ty sync, is this with another device that you're trying to sync that you get the error? What does the error say exactly?
I'd recommend restarting it by pressing the left and lower right buttons for 10-15 seconds and your tracker will reboot. Once it's back on, try to get it to sync.
If this doesn't work, try to set up your tracker as a new device by going to the Account tab on your app, select the option that says "Set up a new device" and follow the on-screen instructions.
