Hey there @Steph71. Welcome to the Community Forums!
I'm sorry about your heart rate lights not working 😕
Have you tried by any chance to restart your tracker? You can easily do this by pressing the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds. This will make your tracker to reboot. After that, the lights should be working properly. You can also go to the last screen on your tracker itself to the Settings, tap on it and scroll until you see the Heart Rate section. Toggle it from on to off or to auto and see if this makes any difference.
Let me know how it goes!

Heart rate worked just fine yesterday. Took off blaze to charge about 1045. No heart rate after that. I tried to reset a few times, turn off hr then back on. Still not working. I've had the blaze for about a month.

Hi @tmoor! I'm glad this helped you as well! 😄 Welcome to the Community Forums!
@Skivon3 Welcome to the Forums as well! I'm sorry that your heart rate monitor is not responding 😕
Have you by any chance tried to change the settings on your tracker itself? For this swipe to the last screen to access the settings. Here scroll down to "Heart Rate" and make sure it's not set to off. Even if it is not, toggle between the other options, I would recommend Auto. After that, see if the lights on the back start flashing and see if this helps.
Let me know if you need more help with this!

My Blaze stopped tracking heart rate. What do I do? Is it broken?

My mom and I have been having the same issues with our Fitbit Blaze as well. My HR has been working properly for a few weeks now but my mom cannot get her HR to track? We have tried resetting it and switching between "on" and "auto" for her HR tracker. Anyone have any other suggestions to make her Fitbit track properly? Thanks!

I am having the same issues. They started last Thursday. I have restarted at least 4 times. I turned the heart rate to on instead of auto and it was way off during my bike ride (I was wearing a chest monitor. Avg heart rate 120, fitbit 58). Something is messed up since the latest firmware push. It was 100% accurate prior to Thursday.

Hi there @Rebekah21. Good to see you in the Forums!
I'd like to know... What exactly is happening to her tracker? Are the lights not flashing at all or they are flashing but she doesn't get any heart rate readings on the tracker/dashboard?
@Lllampert, good to see you around as well! 🙂 Have you tried by any chance to set up your tracker as a new device and see if that makes any improvement? If not, For this, go to the Account section at the top right corner on the Fitbit app and select the option that says "Set up a new device". Follow the on-screen instructions and once you're done, your tracker should be syncing without a problem.
Let me know guys if you need more help!

Would the same go for tracking sleep and steps per hour? The steps per hour show on the actual blaze, but they don't carryover to the iphone app? I've reset the blaze, reinstalled it and still nothing? this just started happening....

Hi there @sean.thiemann. Good to see you around! 🙂
It seems that you're having a problem with your tracker not syncing properly for what you mention. For this, I would recommend restarting your tracker one more time. You can easily do this by pressing the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds. This will make your tracker to reboot.
Once you've done this, proceed to set up your Blaze as a new device. For this, go to the Account section at the top right corner on the Fitbit app and select the option that says "Set up a new device". Follow the on-screen instructions and once you're done, your tracker should be syncing without a problem.
Let me know if this works for you.

I'll try and see what it does- I've done it already once today and nothing updated. I did see other posts that were referencing issues with the most recent fitbit app update as well but don't know if that has anything to do with it.

I will try it but how will that help the accuracy on my tracker?
