Fitbit blaze won't track heart rate

My Fitbit blaze will not track my heart rate and green lights are not working.

Hey there @sean.thiemann and @Lllampert. I just would like to know if the instructions provided by our friend @FerdinandFitbit worked? Are you still having inconveniences with the information that your trackers are registering?

Just wanted to say thank you.  I was having the same issue,  but I just read the response and now my blaze is tracking my heart rate.

My Fitbit won't track my heart rate. lights still work, checked the app and the tracker to make sure heart rate is switched on, it is. Even tried to switch wrists, still nothing. Reset the tracker several times

Hello I’ve had my Fitbit for about 4 months now and up until 5 days ago it worked perfectly I’ve reset it at least 10 times set it up as a new device twice and nothing works the lights are flashing but I get the - - for heart rate so it’s not able to track sleep either. I’ve also cleaned the back using alcohol please help.

The reset worked for my Fitbit and it is still working great. If the reset doesn’t work I would contact the company and see what they recommend. Sorry I couldn’t be more help.

I’m having the same issue.  The green light is not working and my heart rate indicator shows it is completed all the time.  I’ve tried resetting it and nothing has changed.

I think I reset mine and it finally worked right. I don’t have it anymore so I don’t know if they are having new issues with that or not. Sorry I couldn’t be much help.
