Fitbit blaze won't turn on

Hello All,
I just got a Fitbit blaze, and it will not turn on I've tried charging it, restarting, and using my boyfriends charger, yet nothing... I got this as a gift from my parents, just two days ago via mail! It's really disappointing it won't work what should I do?

Thanks for the response, although this may be the case I was hoping I was just merely overlooking something; me being new to the Fitbit world... Should I email them, or wait on the form for company advice? Thanks again for your help!
