Fitbit blaze won’t turn on

I just received a brand new Fitbit blaze. I plugged it in all night to charge. When I went to turn it on this morning the screen lights up but with nothing on it, if that makes sense. The light behind it lights up but nothing shows on the screen. I tried resetting it by hold the left button and the bottom right and nothing works.
