Fitbit blaze wont charge

Hi , I,ve downloaded the app to my computer, but my blaze won't charge either in the pc or the usb in wall socket so I can't go any further. All is showing is fitbit.com/setup since I got it, it doesn't even swipe. I've tried resetting as suggested in help section. Can anyone help please?

How do you know it won't charge? You should fully charge it before trying to set it up. I have been using a wall charger for years on all my trackers without incident.

Its been plugged in for a day, and dashboard is still telling me it needs charging. This doesn't help me much, but thanks anyway.
