@Beehafe10 Make sure on your phone, under Bluetooth settings, you tell it to forget that device. If it is still connected to your phone, it can't pair to his.

Yes @Beehafe10 as @Kmransom123 States. Pi want to tell the Bluetooth on your phone to forget the Blaze. Doing this will also stop your notifications from showing up on the Blaze. The it RT problem is if the Blaze is still attached to your phone his phone might not be able to see it.
Having done the forget blaze on your phone, open the Fitbit app on his phone, log into his account then do an add tracker. Once it is added to his account the Blaze will be automatically removed from your account.
The alternative if still not working, would be to log into his account on your phone, add the tracker to his account. Log out, do. He forget BT thing. I'm your husband's phone log into his app, you'll see the Blaze setup and it should sync.
