I purchased my blaze less then a year ago. Yesterday while at the lake it just shut off, I took it home and out on charger overnight. This morning I took it out of charging cradle and nothing will work , green lights on back are off, screen is black, and will not manually reset. I opened my app and it shows 1/4 battery still but nothing. Is this something Fitbit can help with?
