Fitbit button not working

I have had my blaze since December. Just recently my buttons stopped working. I followed the instructions for a hard boot. I hit the back button to restart with no luck. It only redstarts with i charge it.

Hi, @Andrea2377, if your buttons don't work, and a restart hasn't helped, and you have tried popping your Blaze out of its frame and back in again a couple of times, I think your best bet is to get in touch with Fitbit Customer Support at contact.fitbit.com.  They will be able to advise you further.
