Fitbit.com/setup on display

new today  have charged it up  or at least my phone says it is fully charged   

face though has not changed from the initial opening face with the words  fitbit.com/setup

and when i charged it up i did not see a picture of a battery

im stumped as to whether its charged or not

I'm having exactly the same difficulty... hope you get a helpful answer soon!  Only thing that I can add is that my laptop also says it is synced, fully charged & has an update available - but "update incomplete/try again."

i have no idea what happened but after 8 hrs it suddenly decided to work 

i think the app on my phone needed to update  all was well when that happened

Where you able to get the update?

Normal try again works, but make sure the phone or computer done go into sleep mode.

Yes, kept re-trying & all seems to be working well now.

This was happening to me until I plugged my phone (iPhone 6) in to charge.  Once I did that, everything else started to work.
