I will be at 8000 steps for the day, and when I sync, it drops me to 4000. I have no clue how this could make sense.

My Blaze is brand new and I also experienced a reduction in my steps when I syned it for the first time. It reduced my steps by about 3,000.

Hey there @MaryannT @Ashur. I'm happy to see you both in the Community! 🙂

I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues with the accuracy on your trackers. I'd like to know if before syncing your trackers you log your activities manually. Whenever you manually log an activity, this will override the information tracked by your Blaze and may decrease the number of steps and other stats as distance, calories burned, etc and the steps counted by manually logged activities don't count towards daily totals.

I'll be looking forward for your replies.
