Fitbit does not support accept or reject calls on Adrdoid phones

Althouh i had Blaze for sometime, i was not using its full capabilities and disabled notifications.

Recently when i enabled notifications, i realised that from my Blaze i cannot accept or reject calls ! Infact, I am not able to take any action !

I raised this with support and i am told that on Android phones, the blaze does not support these functionality. It is only available on Ios based devices.

Has anyone else reported this issue ?

Considering how long Fitbit as a company been around, it is surprsing that such big feature gap exists between the support for two very popular and dominant mobile platforms ! There isnt a firmware update too, that can support this feature.

I am very disappointed to realise this. Not sure how the community feels about this.

Hi, the Blaze was Fitbits first attempt at a smart watch, and had limited capabilites. The newer products with Fitbit OS, have these capabilities.  Blaze is over 3.5 years old and was discontinued  a year and a half ago. If you're really interested in the communities thoughts on this, you could probably do a search and find a 3 year old thread on the topic. I do remember it being discussed.
