i purchased fitbit from bangkok sukhumvit shopping mall, in promotion on 27 march  2017. i charged it for 2 hours  and it shows fitbit setup. but when i fix it in band its screen becomes black.

kindly help me out in fixing problem  . I am in patong, (Phuket). currently and i am tourist here. i am pakistani national.

Try a restart. Do it at least 3 times.

clip cant be sent therefore snaps are choosed.
