Have you tried to set up your tracker as a new device? You can do this by going to the Account section at the lower right corner of your app, here choose the option that says "Set up a new device" and just follow the on-screen instructions until your tracker is paired again to your account.
It would be good for you to restart your tracker by pressing the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds before setting it up as a new device and see how it goes.
