Fitbit has been stuck on this update screen for hours :(

I have a galaxy 7 edge. This is very frustrating. Already tried  restarting the setup with a different cellphone and am now trying with my Lenovo laptop. Very disappointed. Screen has been the same for hours and the bar hasn't even gone up. Customer service was no help either  😞

It's great to welcome you @AngieVOrtiz. Thanks for troubleshooting this inconvenience by yourself. I would like to know if you keep having problems setting up your Blaze? If you do, I recommend restarting your Fitbit and try one more time the setup procedure
