It was working fine .  My tracker is fully charged. Its not connecting with any phone now :-

+Set up a new device

Blaze

Then blaze shows the passcode.

When i enter it on any phone it takes a lot of time, it says connecting....

And after that it shows

1. Make sure your tracker is charged and turned on

2.restart the tracker by pressing left a lower right button

3. Turn off Bluetooth on your mobile device , then turn on.

Tried everything so many times but still its not connecting.

Welcome to the Forums @Kushagra, thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself.

If you are having issues pairing your tracker again, I recommend restarting your Blaze a couple of times more and make sure you are doing the following from your Fitbit app to set it up:

  1. From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap or click the Account icon.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.

I hope this helps, let me know the outcome. Woman Happy

Thanks for the tip. I thought I was going crazy as I tried to connect my blaze to my S8 over a few days with no luck. Restarting 10 times using the left and lower right buttons done the trick. Then reconnecting the blaze to the account.

Great tip. Poor Fitbit software, this sort of thing should never happen on a piece of kit in this price range.
