I went into a pool today and my Fitbit was on it was working and everything then it kept vibrating and I shut it down but when I went to turn it on it says low battery and won’t charge if I leave it on the charger it stops vibrating but when I unplug it it dies and vibrates again it’s vibrating even when it’s shutdown

Unfortunately, the Blaze is not waterproof and it's probably been damaged by wearing it in the pool. See: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1598/

I would put the Blaze in a sealed bag with some dry rice for a day or two (the rice will draw out any moisture). Then try charging it again while keeping your fingers crossed. If it doesn't work then I'm afraid it's dead.
