This has happened twice in the last few days - While between medium and fully charged, the display freezes with only the Fitbit logo showing, and thus I'm unable to navigate anywhere. The next morning, I attempt to wake it up and it just shows a fully discharged battery. Does this mean the battery is shot? I would hope not, as, one of the times it happened, it had been fully charged a few hours prior. The Blaze is about 1 1/2 years old.

Hi @pmcrock, welcome to the Community Forums! Sorry for the delay in responding.
Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the details that were shared in your post. Let me share with you that the battery of our Blaze was designed to last 5 days but this also depends on how frequently you use it’s features. That said, I recommend you charging your Fitbit device with a USB port from a computer or a UL-certified outlet into the wall and then turn off all the features that you don’t use that much. After doing so, please this help article for more tips and recommendations.
Such article includes as restart process that will refresh device device's performance. You can try such process if your device display freezes again.
Keep me posted, I’ll be right here if you need anything else.

My battery had been lasting about three days, so to go from that to less than a day isn't a question about what features I'm using. Something is clearly wrong with it. And it's not just that the battery gets low quickly, it's that it freezes whereby you can't even tell what the battery status is for hours and by the time you can, it's drained. I just wondered if others had this happen and if there's any hope for my Fitbit.

Woke up yesterday morning and battery was dead. Fully charged the battery. Woke up this morning and battery dead AGAIN. Fully charged battery again. Guess what, battery is dead AGAIN. Battery is also charged via usb and computer. Please address and fix this issue and stop referring us to useless help articles.
