Fitbit moving one hour ahead of time

My Fitbit is moving one hour ahead of time. Have tried to sync on my phone with the Blaze. And also not syncing with the pbone

Normally, when time is not correct and your tracker is not syncing (this is the reason why the time is not correct), you can restart your tracker. You can easily do this by pressing the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds. This will make your tracker to reboot and after that, try to get it to sync and see how it goes.

I have reset the tracker and tried reconnecting the device to my phone. The phone says it is connected via blue tooth but in the Fitbit app when I try to sync it just says looking...
