Fitbit no longer measuring sleep stages

Fitbit Blaze is no longer measuring sleep stages after doing so for 8 nights. It is now back to the older system. I haven't changed any settings. Is there a solution to this issue?

A warm welcome to the Community @Triggst. Could you please provide me with a screenshot of your sleep graph? In the meantime, I recommend logging out and logging back in to your account.

hope to hear from you soon. Woman Happy

Sleep stages on my Blaze only works when it wants to apparently. It finally worked for the first time Monday night. After not working Tues night, it worked Wed night, and again did not work last night. I haven't changed a thing. My app is up to date

Oddly enough it worked last night and back-dated all other nights except the last two nights. Anyhow, her is what you requested:IMG_7936.PNG

Welcome to the Forums @Mborn8 and @Triggst thanks for the screenshot.

I am glad to hear that this feature is now working for both of you. Our team is aware that there's an inconvenience with the sleep stages and they are hard working in searching a fix for it. If you keep having problems with this, your patience will be much appreciated.

See you around. Woman Happy
