Fitbit not coming on and once reset still not coming on.

 I took my fitbit off and when I went to put back on the screen was black. The fitbit will not come back on. I have reset it and fitbit logo comes on but then goes off. I charged it and nothing is coming on.

Try a restart. Do it at least 3 times.

I called the support team and they stated it has a defect. I'll be
returning to store. Thank you
