Fitbit not interested in customer service

Anyone else finding Fitbit offer rubbish customer service and no interest in fixing issues?  Over a year with known issues and no help from them at all

Actually anytime I've needed support they have been very helpful, and I've noticed almost everyday somebody mentions support as being very helpful.

As for known issies, these usually need to be fixed by the developers, not customer support.

Ongoing issue with the app for over a year with a 'we are looking at it' response every time it's raised. Not answering emails or PM's to the Facebook page. Not exactly helpful customer service in my book.

Customer support are the face of the company. If they tell you that it will be fixed in a week or they will get back to you then you take that as what will happen. Unfortunately it doesn't
