Hello @MrsRA, i have to ask if your Blaze is still attached to your account?
If it is not then you will need to follow thr setup instructions.
The main reason for getting the "Reject by Blaze" message is if your trying to oair the tracker to your phones Bluetooth. This will not work, you need to setup the tracker to your Fitbit account through the app. Then if the app needs the tracker paired to the phone, the app will do the pairing.

I have an iPad Mini and an iPhone, and I am completely hit and miss as far as pairing goes. I cycle Bluetooth, I open my Fitbit app, I turn my phone and iPad off and back on... nothing.
I got this just last week, and I am really REALLY trying to like it, but the user interface and the Help/User Guide material is embarrassingly bad.
Would it kill you to have a "sync" button or a "pair with Bluetooth" button, or both, somewhere on the phone or on the App? And in the "Help" section, would it kill you to have step-by-step instructions like a REAL users guide has? I work in spaceflight operations and I know how competent people write instructions, and WOW, you people are not it.

Have you thought about downloading your user manual through the Help link found below?
Also the Help area has detail instructions for each tracker and app.
Please remember that due to bluetooth limitations if your tracker is connected to the phone, the ipad, wont be able to sync. You will have the same problem with the phone if the tracker is still connected to the ipad. You will need to turn one device off, or at least its Bluetooth if the two are nearby.

I've noticed that the tracker manuals are more about tye Hardware, and find that if i need to know something about the app i need to go to fitbits help site.
Yes i unde4stand what your saying about the menus and have noticed that the manuals do a pretty good jod with the menus on the hardware.
Now when it comes to the apps/web site, with 4 different apps and the North American version looking different then the others, this gives up to 9 different versions the manuals would need to keep up with. I think that is why Fitbit chose to explain the apps in the Help.fitbit.com site.
All day sync is a setting associated with the tracker and will be found under the trackers settimgs in the phone app. Now if you sync through a PC or MAC, all day is allready turned on and there is no option to turn off.
