Fitbit not pulling data correctly

There is a discrepancy between my front page of my activity and looking at it in the actual activity.  For instance on the front it says I walked .52 miles with 1000 steps.  However if I go into it and actually look at it, it shows that I walked 3.5 miles and 6000 ish steps.  Clearly there is something wrong with the way it is pulling data from the actual activity.

Hey there @Loppy425. Great to see you in the Community!

I'm not really clear on what you mean when you mention the front page and the actual activities. Is there a way you can please take a screenshot of both so that you can attach them to your reply where I can see the discrepancies?

I'll be looking forward for your reply.

@Loppy425 I think I know what your referring to, but don't if your looking at the Web or app, then what device Apple, Android, Windows.

I have seen and read about the App Dashboard not showing as much data as on the activities page.

Sometimes going to the activities page and backing out causes a refresh and the data shows.

Logging out of the app, then back in has been known to work.

On Android clearing the apps cache, may also work, you might need to clear the Fitbits App data.

On the Web clear cache.

That is if I am correct in my thinking about what you might be referring to.

Top one is the main screen and the bottom one is the actual activity for Mar 29 at 1:57 pm.  The one right below it was the walk out and then the one of concern is the walk back.  They should be about the same.

I have the same issue.  The summary data on the Activity page is differnet from when you click view details and look at the detailed activity log.  I don't know which data set it is using to make all the other calculations the app ises.  I am less than impressed with the Blaze and its intergration into the app.  These issues, along side with all the food logging issues and app stuff make it obvious why Fitbil is loosing market share.  I really regret buying thier stock a few weeks back now as well.  I am looking into the new Under Armour products.
