I can charge my blaze using the charger and it works and can connect to the app. When I take it off the charger the blaze doesn't starts. I have tried pressing the left and right buttons but it doesn't starts. In the charger it shows fully charged.

I'm sorry to hear that your Blaze is not responding after taking it off the charger 😕 Thanks a lot for what you've already tried and I'm sorry it hasn't worked.
Now, I'd just like to make sure, when you say that your tracker doesn't start, do you mean that once you take it off the charger, the display will not respond at all? Does it take a while for it to respond or will it not work at all even after being out of the charger for a while?
In either situation, I've checked and saw that you got in touch with the Support Team yesterday and it seems they're helping you out with this. Please just keep an eye on your inbox for their reply and hopefully we'll have you back on track in no time! 🙂
