Hello, my steps are not showing up in MyFitnessPal. I have disconnected, reconnected, logged out and back in, updated both apps, all to no avail. Please, can anyone help? I have not been able to find a suitable answer to my problem. I apologize if this question has been over asked. Help!

You're welcome. I have used fitbit and MFP for over 4 yrs. Without issue. Now all of a sudden there is a problem syncing. My fitbit syncs to the fitbit app with now issues. Since MFP connects to the fitbit app. Stands to reason  that it is MFP. I posted on their forum also

Yep I’m thinking MFP is the issue also!

Cool. After I received your email, MFP synced up. Go figure.

Thanks

Hello, thanks all for the update.

I am glad to see here that for some of you this has been resolved and as mentioned in my previous post, if your trackers are syncing properly with your Fitbit accounts but your Fitbit accounts aren't syncing with MFP, please get in touch directly with MFP customer support.

Happy stepping. Robot wink

I'm having the same issue.. was working until yesterday lunch and everything stopped. Very tiresome having to keep disconnecting/ reconnecting etc.!

Same here.  Everything was syncing fine until June 24.  I have removed both apps and reinstalled.  I have made sure that both are connected to each other, but they are still not syncing.

Mine stopped syncing June 24 also. I’ve done every troubleshooting step I’ve seen on MFP and still no luck.

This has been going on since the Mid-May MFP app update.  I've counted 3 updates since then and none of them have fixed the issue.  It is extremely annoying to have to delete the inaccurate calorie listings in the Fit Bit app and put them in manually, which I've been doing daily.  As already stated, it appears that the MFP app and MFP website aren't synching.  Any food listings in the MFP app that are moved around are duplicated on the MFP website and food deleted on the MFP app is not being deleted on the MFP website.  It appears that the Fit Bit app is grabbing the MFP website entries.

What's funny is that MFP wants to charge you for the Premium version of the app-LOL!  I would be REALLY upset if I was paying monthly for it.
