Fitbit not turning on and not charging

Went for a run today on a low battery as have often done. Presumed this was reason my fitbit was blank when I returned. Put it into charger but no logo came on or no green lights came on. Any ideas to get it working would be greatly appricated.

Call fitbit if it's under warranty, if not good luck. They are gonna ask you to buy a new one.
