Fitbit only works on the charger

I just got my Fitbit Blaze and it will only turn on when it is on the charger and when I take it off it will not turn on at all. It says that it is fully charged when it's on the charger but nothing happens when I take it off. I tried resetting it by holding down the left and bottom right buttons but no matter how long I hold them down nothing happens.

Have you set it up fully?

If so I would take it back to where you got it or contact  support

Hey @jmh5282

@WendyB is correct. Make sure your device is fully set up. If the issue isn't solved, I would definetly be contacting the place you got it from or even contact Fitbit support and get a replacement or a refund. We do understand your frustration, however note this isn't normal at all. Fitbit is a very reliable device, this must be just a one of a million problem.

Since the troubleshoot you tried didn't work, I would like to know if you have get in touch with our support team as suggested? Have they offer you a solution for this?

See you around. Woman Happy
