My Fitbit is possessed! Yesterday I noticed it was scrolling through my text. Then a few hours later it was scrolling through all the different screens. I plugged it in a little bit ago to see if it would reset it and went to bed. Suddenly my phone was playing music. The Fitbit that was charging activated it! I couldn't turn it off either. What the heck!

a new one, that could be quite entertaining - lol.
OK, best way to reset and get back to normal is to hold the home (left) and lower right (select) buttons until your Blaze vibrates. Should clear out the goulies.
Come back and let us know if the haunting returns Emmie 🙂
Blaze:
- Press and hold the Back and Select buttons (left and bottom right) until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
- Let go of the buttons.
- If your tracker doesn't work normally, use the instructions in How do I turn off my tracker? to turn Blaze off and back on again.

@Emmie-Woodell try cleaning the water, hand lotion, or cream, whatever it is off of tye screen. You might need to use a little isopropyl alcohol.
