Fitbit steals watch after sending for repairs

I send in my blaze watch for repair. They loose my watch and then after several emails complaining about my watch whereabouts they send me a pebble. Not the watch i sent in.

As far as I know, Fitbit never does repairs.  Although you might have understood it as 'for repairs', I expect it was actually for a replacement.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Fitbit rarely requests anything more than the pebble to be sent in.

The easiest thing to do now is purchase a frame and strap from amazon. <10USD

Or contact fitbit.
