Fitbit support wont reply to my emails or replace a faulty Blaze

Despite admitting my device is faulty, fitbit wont replace a faulty 3 month old Blaze because i bought a replacement. I am £160 out of pocket and they are now ignoring my emails. I have never experienced such bad service. How can i get them to respond?

@IainCostes That's really strange, sorry to hear that! Typically if you don't receive a response within 2 days it just means they're a little backed up. I'm confident they'll get back to you with a reasonable resolution. Smiley Happy
