My blaze is no longer taking my heart rate. So it is also not getting sleep stages either. I've had it a week

Have you swiped over to settings to see if the heart rate is turned on? 

Is so let's turn it off, restart the blaze by holding in both the left and lower right buttons in. Then turn the heart rate back in.
