Is anyone else having problems with Fitbit synching? Mine will not sync and has not for nearly 2weeks. I know it is not my phone as I had an old Fitbit that doesn't hold charge and that synced. I've tried rebooting, and I disconnected it and now I can't even set it up again. Is it time for a new one? I'm gutted as I only got a replacement for my last Fitbit Blaze in July. Any ideas would be great I'm really missing it.

It may not be time for a new one - syncing problems just happen from time to time, often for no obvious reason.
The usual things to try are:
Should this happen again in the future, one step I would not recommend is to disconnect the fitbit from your account as this can lead to loss of unsynced data.
