Hi, my fitbit blaze has been acting eratic for sometime. It records heart rate when i'm not even wearing it.
The band's just snapped recently and now this...its only 1.5 yr old so sucks that its breaking down so quickly. Please help

I've been experiencing the same issue with the BPM. It doesn't work while the Blaze is on my wrist, however if I take it off and it's just sitting on a desk or something, it begins to register. I'm assuming this is the reason why my sleep info is not registering correctly? What's the issue? Why is it not working while on my wrist?

Thanks for letting me know that your Blaze is also experiencing the same issue with the heart rate which is now affecting your sleep. This is an unusual behavior as your device should record your heart rate when wearing it.

I went on chat and they said they would email me for further instructions/keeping up with me to help but they never did! This is my very first Fitbit and am very disappointed with it. It's still causing problems with heart rate. I may have to switch soon if I cant trust the quality. 😕
