No, there are a few Fitstar routines on the Blaze and that's it. You cannot load additional routines, and unlike Fitstar phone app you cannot change reps or time based on what you actually did.

As @bbarrera says, while at the moment you can not add more exercises on the Fitbit Blaze itself, I can recommend taking a look at this feature suggestion for this matter where you can add your vote and any comments you may have and hopefully we can have something like this in a near future.
