The flashing green lights on the back of the Blaze now stay on continuously! They would go off a few seconds after I put the Blaze on my nightstand, but not any longer. They even flash when on my wrist!!
I've tried searching the site for suggestions as to what might be causing this but so far I have not had any success!
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

If the tracker is on your arm and you have Heart rate enabled the green lights should be flashing. These are part if the heart rate detector .
What is the reason you think they should be off? What is the heart rate setting on the Blaze set for? Off, on, auto

My battery had just quit charging. I have since replaced and the new one is
working fine. I was trying everything possible to keep the old one working
but to no avail. Thanks.

Time to get a new FitBit. You can try to disable all of your apps and
notifications, but if this doesn't work check to see if under warranty, and
order a new one.

@fjuel1970 if your heart rate is not working and the battery is die to fast.
Try a shutdown, that's found under the blaze settings. Then restart by pressing a button to turn on.
If that doesn't work look below and click in Returns and warranty. Then click on your picture above and contact Fitbit.

Thank you so much. That took care of my problem. My grandson had been playing with my fitbit and I guess he must have changed the setting.

Hi I was having this same problem. They wouldn't blink just stayed on even when I wasnt wearing it. I went into settings and turned my blaze completely off for about 5 mins then turned it back on. Then synced it. Lights went off. Hope this helps!
