Flex/Blaze Pairing

I wear my Flex peice on the "pocket" inside my shoe for accuate  step count. I wear my Blaze on my non-dominant hand like I would with my watch.

The two used to pair with each other. I could watch as the steps I took (without moving my arm) increased on the face of my Blaze. Cool feature to observe.

The last few days, I've tried this again and the number does not increase on my Blaze with the steps that I take with my Flex. At the end of the day, the steps with my Flex are more, but the count always goes DOWN to the step count that is on my Blaze. This does not seem right or fair.

How can you instruct me to get this to go back to how it used to be?

The two do not pair together, they each pair with the Fitbit server. Ideally tge app will sync both devices, setting the server to the proper steps, and then put the step count onto both trackers by performing a sync again.

I find sometimes i have to force a secomd or 3rd sync. A sync should in theory sync up every tracker connected making their counts match.
