Not a disabled option. Try restarting your Blaze a couple of times and see if that helps. (Press and hold the Back and Select buttons (left and bottom right) until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen -- around 10 seconds).

I would like to know if the restart procedure worked? If this doesn't work, I recommend turning off and on your Fitbit and then test it. To turn off the Blaze you just need to do the following:
1. Swipe to Settings
2. Slide down to Shutdown
3. Confirm the Shutdown
And then just press the home button to turn on the tracker.
