Fluctuating Resting Heart Rate with in Minutes with Blaze

I have had my fitbit Blaze since February and I am confused by the resting heart rate. It seems to fluctuate with in minutes, and I can't imagine that while sitting still my heart rate is fluctuating that drastically. In the span of the last 10 mins it has been 67//76//88//81//88.

 

Does this mean my watch maybe faulty?

It's great to welcome you @MrsPrez. If you want to have more information about the heart rate feature, I recommend taking a look at the What should I know about my heart rate data? article. Also, in this post you can see some things that might be affecting this reading and some tips to improve it.
