Maybe I'm being a complete spanner, but my Fitbit blaze ran out of battery two days ago, I've charged it now, but since they have changed the app format I can't find out how to sinc it! With the old app it took 30 sec to sync. Please help this numpty

I am having a similar problem! I haven't been able to sync mine since wednesday. I click on the sync and nothing happens. Something is causing it to not connect!

I’m about done. I like the Blaze, but sync issues just keep getting worse. Way too much time spent troubleshooting, restarting, etc. Not enthused about getting a different tracker, but headed that direction.

Hiya...hubby is hvn the same trouble. Have u sorted urs yet? It shouldnt b this hard. He evn went bak to NL n they couldnt hlp...didnt no how!! The se thm but dnt no how to work thm!!? Not good 😞

Check that app is up to date
Check for updates to phonr
Restart tracker
Restart phone
Remove tracker from phones bluetooth
Clear memory of unneeded apps
Clear Fitbit app cache
