I have two Fitbit Blaze, when I put one on the charger it overheats and does not charge, the other one is just froze on the start up icon. What should I do, they both or less than a year old?

Contact support. Do not try to charge the one that is over heating.

how long does it take to get a replacement for an item? I recently had to return my Blaze because it was overheating and wouldn’t charge. That was two weeks ago and I still haven’t received the replacement yet

I would contact them again... I received a replacement last month and I had mine in less than a week.
