My Blaze screen is frozen. I have tried to push the left button and right bottom button that others have suggested. I have tried pushing all buttons and nothing changes. What else can I do to get it to turn off?

My screen is totally black but the green heart monitor lights are on. It wont even turn the screen on when it is on the charger. 🙄
